Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes

If you love summer, like I do, then these are the cupcakes for you!  They have everything that makes me think of a summer from my childhood spent outside during every waking moment.  The lemonade portion of the cupcake is so tart and delicious, and it melts into the strawberry on top to make a great beginning to a wonderful summer treat!

Turtle Cupcakes

For the chocolate lovers, I have made a Turtle Cupcake.  Baking with caramel can be quite messy, so I like to start with solid caramel as opposed to liquid caramel.  It makes for a better surprise in the middle, because after baking the caramels turn soft, and stay that way after they have cooled.  Feel free to add ingredients to make them your own!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes

I have made these a couple times, and each time they turn out better and better.  I love using fresh ingredients to decorate my cupcakes, because they are pretty (and they taste better too!) and I don't want to kill the flavor of the cupcake with more sugar, be it from candy or sprinkles.

Coffee Cake Cupcakes

So, what do you do when a friend is borrowing the only cake pan you have and you want to make a Coffee Cake?  Split the batter into two?  I think not......

Blackberry Cobbler Cupcakes

The wait is over!!! I made these in the hopes of a new summer favorite... and I succeeded!

Blue Velvet Cupcakes

My friend Kyle's birthday was Thursday, and apparently her favorite cupcake is Red Velvet.  However, when I think of Red Velvet, I think of Christmas time for some reason.  So to avoid the Christmas connotations in my mind, I decided I would make Blue Velvet Cupcakes!  Enjoy!
